How to access the Intercom chat

The Intercom chat can be accessed from the bottom-left corner of the Map Data Visualization interface https://app.digeiz.com/

By clicking the purple chat button, the Intercom window shown below will be opened, enabling interaction with the support tool.

Three assistance categories are presented: Product, Account Management, and Support. By selecting any of these options, more detailed support topics relevant to the chosen category can be accessed.

Responses will be provided directly within the Intercom chat and will also be sent to the user’s registered email address.
