When the burger menu is selected in the application, a side panel appears listing all the map elements (see image 1 below). The user can then interact with this menu to have a detailed view per floor (see image 2 below) and an extended view / table view with additional details (see image 3 below).

This is the first panel to appear when clicking the burger menu. See the table below to find out more about each element. When clicking an element in this panel, its distribution per floor is displayed.

Stores Shops (ex: Zara) ‣
Kiosks Fixed shops located in the hall area of a mall - there are no IN/OUT, customers discuss with the retailer over the counter ‣
Window flow areas A global counting zone, used as a reference for all the stores next to the zone to measure the passing-by so that all the store capture rates are compared based on the same total viewers in this zone. ‣
Gates The access points for entering or leaving a shopping center ‣
Screens Physical displays used by brands to market their products. ‣
Screen Areas The area that the screen is in. All the customers entering this area are considered viewers. If the customer enters the visibility cone of the screen with an occasion-to-see, it is considered a visitor of this zone.
Roadshows Roadshows are pop-up exhibitions or mini events held in the centre of the shopping center corridor. ‣
Roadshow areas The area that the roadshow is in. All customers entering this roadshow areas are considered viewers of the roadshow, while only the one whose trajectory is next to the roadshow and have a dwell time inside the zone above a given threshold are considered visitors.
Obstacles Any object in the shopping centre that can block a customer view angle, especially for a screen. ‣
Checkpoints The entrance to a counting zone within the shopping center, usually a corridor. ‣
Inter-floors Elevators, escalators and staircases ‣
Virtual streams A camera video stream is cropped to only retain the relevant part for the analysis. For example, a 110° camera has usually one virtual stream where the crop maximizes the resolution for the analysis. A 360° cameras is usually split into 4 different virtual streams to independently analyze each tile.

Click the drop down arrow followed by any element to focus on that specific element. Alternatively click the expanded arrow to see the expanded view table 3.

Button Purpose
Expanded view This button enables to access the expanded view table.
Drop down arrow This button is used to show a list of all relevant elements at each level. A specific element can be picked to view its location on the map.
Active This button allows to toggle between the active or disabled elements in the mall. It allows to visualize deleted/deactivated elements.
